As guest expectations shift toward more seamless, mobile-first experiences, Hey Lou Hotels sought to modernize its access strategy by eliminating friction points tied to traditional keycards and app-based solutions. The group needed a scalable approach that could be deployed consistently across all properties while minimizing operational overhead and simplifying the guest journey.

To deliver a fully digital access experience, Hey Lou Hotels implemented wallet-based room keys across all of its properties, enabled by a fully integrated technology ecosystem. The Mews Hospitality Cloud generates and delivers digital keys directly to guest devices during the online check-in process, while Vingcard door locks and Vostio Access Management serve as the secure access layer, validating credentials across all entry points. 9dots orchestrates and integrates the systems, ensuring a standardized setup and consistent performance across the entire portfolio.

Using NFC technology, guests can securely access their rooms and authorized areas throughout the property, creating a seamless and intuitive experience from arrival through departure. The integration with the property management system ensures that digital keys are automatically generated and delivered, while Vingcard technology manages secure access validation across all touchpoints.

By standardizing this approach across its portfolio, Hey Lou Hotels has established a scalable digital access model that reduces reliance on physical keycards, streamlines operations, and enhances both guest convenience and operational efficiency.
