Many have turned to smartphones as an alternative to keycards, but after various market tests, it was found that 97% of tenants do not want to download another app to access apartments, thus not justifying the cost of developing and maintaining a proprietary app for Build-to-Rent unit operators.

With a strong focus on innovation, TABAS developed its own PMS (property management system) and integrated all its processes involving access to private units with the Vingcard API. Guest and Resident Experience

When a reservation is made at one of TABAS’s apartments, the process is simple and efficient. After the reservation is approved by the Tabas system, a reservation is also generated in the Vingcard Athos system, which creates a unique PIN Code with the exact duration of the stay. 24 hours before arrival, this PIN Code is sent to the customer via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or their preferred communication method.

Upon arriving at the building, the user enters their PIN Code at the main door and can instantly access the apartment without any friction.
